I checked in online and The app informed me to be there at 12:20 PM and that my spot would only be held for 30 minutes passed my check in time. I checked in five minutes early and at 12:45, 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment I had still not been seated. I watched the stylist cut the gentleman's hair before me all the way to completion and then he asked if she could cut it shorter so she started all over again. Maybe that was out of her control but knowing she had someone waiting there could have been a sense of urgency on her part, instead she continued to chat and take her time. Needless to say, I walked out and don't plan on ever returning to the store.
